Media upload terms

By submitting text, documents, images or other media, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, licences, permissions and legally required consents necessary to submit that material and authorize its processing for the service you request. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are solely responsible for choosing the material you submit, the lawfulness of its submission and your subsequent use or sharing of the resulting analysis. You must respect the privacy, intellectual property and other applicable rights of any person depicted or described. AI-generated interpretations may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading and do not independently establish a person's identity, personality, intentions, emotional state or birth time. Evaluate the accuracy and appropriateness of any interpretation, and obtain suitable human or professional review where appropriate, before relying on, sharing or acting on it. Do not use an interpretation as the sole basis for a decision with significant effects on you or another person. This notice does not exclude or limit any liability, statutory right or legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Private discussion and saving

Discussion content and attachments linked to a saved profile are private account work. A transient chat without a saved profile stays in browser memory and may be lost when the window closes. See Help for saving, deletion, retention and optional backup details.
